Although the stove and oven work very well the knobs get extremely hot when the oven is on. Also the stainless steel peice at the bottom if door keeps wanting to unstuck.

You would think by pushing the plus or minus button you could change the temperature of your oven while you are baking. Not the case. Instead you need to jump through hoops to find the "special feature" mode that allows you to change your temperature by ONLY 35 degrees higher or lower. Ridiculous. Changing the temperature is not what I would consider a "special" feature. I'm actually offended by the concept.

Only had it for 3 months. Only used oven twice and now doesn't work. I called to have a technician out and a day before my appt it got cancelled because equipment they were suppose to ship wasn't sent.

Has all the bells and whistles, well priced and no complaints from the new tenant. I passed on more expensive models la with middle grill as I think they are harder to clean as any spill effect the whole drive top so this is more practical.

Pros: Easy to setup and install, the black and stainless looks good, and the oven is large enough for anything you need. Three full size burners is a plus. The LED display is bright and controls are easy to use.
Cons: Broiler at the bottom, its just too low to the ground, and it really is not practical for use, if you have dogs, or cats that are nosy they may hop on the drawer when opened so there are safety concerns with this design. Not a deal breaker but I wish manufacturers would stop skimping so they can share one burner for the over and broiler. I cannot believe anyone asked for a broiler that is not even 8" off the ground. There was no detailed manual for the range, this may be a common practice but things like Automatic baking or whatever it is, and its not intuitive what it does, or why a timed delayed bake would be used? It is not a coffee machine where you set it to brew your morning coffee.

Much needed update from my previous 40 year old range. Two disappointing issues: First, hard to clean black surface without leaving streaks. Second, surrounding area becomes very hot when stove is in use. Hood even becomes hot to touch.

I've owned this oven for only 3 days and it looks a year old. First, there are permanent fingerprint stains from the slightest touch even using recommended cleaner. Second, the two times I've had the oven on condensation seems to form outside the door and broiler door and whether I gently wipe it or not that also leaves permanent stains. Please help, I would like for my brand new oven to look nice at least for a little while as I did pay full price.
