This microwave replaced our old GE microwave that lasted over 20 years. Great quality and the same size as my old one which meant it fit perfectly in the island built in. Runs so quietly too!

It's black instead of white and the controls are a little different but other than that, it'll be just a matter of getting used to differences in the control panel. The old version served us well for a respectable length of time, over 10 years, with a lot of use.

It is a little noisy and the door opening button must be pushed hard to open the door. We have black, and it is difficult to read the control panel numbers and functions

I use my microwave to thaw frozen items, reheat leftovers, and cook steam-in-bag veggies. This microwaves does all those thing well. It's not so big that it takes up too much counter space, yet enough interior space for the items I use it for.

I love my new GE microwave! It is so quiet compared to my old (8yrs) microwave oven. It is very efficient! Plus, the popcorn choice button really works without burning the popcorn! Perfect size for my use!

We wanted a smaller microwave than we previously had since we're empty nesters now. This microwave is smaller but still large enough to fit most everything we use it for. Takes up less counter space. I like the express feature. Store associates highly recommended and good value for money.

This GE Microwave was a replacement for another brand of microwave that lasted less than 2 years before it conked out. I'd expect a microwave oven to last longer than 18 months ! This GE Microwave is only a few months old and has worked great , so far ! I purchased a GE product this time due to GE's longtime reputation. Only time will tell !

This microwave is a big disappointment! I had a profile microwave like this for 20 years and it was perfect. This one send cheaply made. The door is very difficult to open. You have to keep pressing as hard as you can to get it to open. We have figured out that if you touch and push down slightly on the top of the door and push the button it will open. It also doesn't have the ability to turn off the sound which was s feature my previous microwave had. It doesn't seem to heat the food as quickly. This microwave shows fingerprints more than my other microwave did. I am constantly cleaning the door.
