Good price. Wifi and smart speaker features are very nice, not just a gimmick. We haven't had it long enough to determine it's durability. The previous GE microwave we had only lasted three years.

The microwave for well in my small kitchen and cooks my food much more thoroughly than my previous one. The wireless control of the microwave using my phone is neat and the scan to cook saves time.

We just needed a microwave that was small enough to fit inside our pantry but still had enough wattage to make decent microwave popcorn. It fits the bill and is also quite pleasant to look at.

I love the over quality, look, design, features, etc. The only reason I didn't give it a five-star rating is that it was smaller than what I wanted. However, that is my own fault for not doing my homework using the size of my old microwave. I love how I can tell Alexa to turn it on and she does what I ask her to. A definite must-have.

This microwave so far has been great. The smart feature/ Alexa feature has been a huge plus-- it was the main reason that we bought it. My only complaints so far is that it is really loud. And so are the buttons. I have yet to find a way to turn the sound off or make it quieter. I guess it's give and take for the features that we want and the price we bought it at... As I just finished writing this (I had the microwave door open to locate the serial number), I closed the door and the interior light was still illuminated and the turntable started spinning with no time on the timer and no heat was on.. it was just spinning...I don't think that's normal.

I found a wee bit difficult to find a microwave the size I didn't want to small nor did I want anything too large to take up too much counterspace. This fit the bill perfectly you can easily heated dinner plates or warm something in a large bowl plenty of room on the turntable. It has enough power to warm things quickly and efficiently. I love it. I could not be any more pleased with it.

We purchased this specifically for the "works with Google" feature. Set up was easy and integration with Google Home simple and fast. The microwave works well, as expected with any microwave in high altitude regions a little extra time is sometimes required. Some reviews mentioned the microwave randomly "beeps". It does, but not an issue as it can be muted through the app. You still get notifications through your phone and I prefer that. Notifications sent to your phone such as "Turn over food" when defrosting and " Microwave just turned off" are quite useful. People don't typically say a microwave is "fun", but it fits. Saying "Hey Google, add 30 seconds" from another room is both convenient and cool.

Overall we like the product. If we could improve it, we would like to have a more visible keypad (hard to see if not directly illuminated). Not sure that the voice commands are terribly helpful but it is interesting. The app tells my husband every time I use it...no one likes a narc.

I love the smart features this microwave has. It sets its own clock. I can ask Alexa to start a shop the microwave. But the scan to cook feature is very limited right now, but I have faith it will get better. I wish it didn't sometimes randomly just beep.

This is a great entry level smart microwave. I'm new to the whole idea and have taken to it well. My only concern is at least once a day around 10:20 am I hear a single beep. Other than that, it's way more powerful than the last microwave I had with the exact same rating.

I love this little microwave! It's pretty much identical to my previous one of a different brand. One might laugh and say, "Why on earth would you need a microwave that connects with "Alexa," but I LOVE and use this feature every day! I just pop my plate in the mic, close the door, say, "Alexa, microwave for ________ minutes," and walk way to do other things. The screen stays much cleaner since we're not touching it that much. It heats great. It's sturdy. It even uses the same size round glass plate and ring as the one I had before, so I saved those from my broken previous microwave and have spares now. Sweet microwave and a sweet price!

Looks good, works well. I replaced a larger microwave and was afraid I would regret it but I don't. I love the ability to communicate through Alexa. I rarely punch buttons but usually just tell Alexa to turn it on for xx seconds, and it works like a charm. I had no problem getting it set up, other than some confusion over which GE app I was supposed to download..

I purchased this microwave after I had trouble with the Amazon Basics microwave that also is supposed to be Alexa controlled. The Amazon Basics microwave did not work. Called Amazon customer service, changed the device name several times, disconnected from wifi and reconnected several times. Alexa kept saying "Hmmmm, you have several devices. Please try again using the device name. With the GE Microwave I downloaded the app and followed the very simple instructions to connect to wifi and enabling the Alexa skill. It worked the first time! Thank you GE!!!

I like the Alexa feature on the GE Microwave. The buttons are not lighted and are very hard to see. So using Alexa is helpful in this situation. My prior microwave was white and much easier to see the buttons

Wifi setup took about 20 minutes. Must use SMARTHQ app to connect to wifi and then go through another setup process for alexa to discover. We use the microwave mostly to reheat leftovers and it works very well for that. I've preloaded the microwave and used basic voice commands to heat food while preparing meals; fun. Plug is 90 degrees which is nice for our builtin cabinet; its larger inside than the 10 year old appliance it replaced; and I like the larger display. We choose this microwave because it has a smaller footprint in comparison to other wifi/smart microwaves. My only negative is the smartHQ app; I dont need a notification on my phone everytime the microwave is done; and it would be nice if alexa could do its job when connecting to wifi, etc.

Aside that this microwave is beautifully modern, it works great. I'm still getting the hang of it and I haven't hooked up the Bluetooth, but we use it everyday. I think the beeping sound when it's done or if you set a timer could of been louder. Otherwise, it fit in my cabinet space where the old microwave was and it does it's job wonderfully.

Shortly after 2 months of use, the door developed a permanent cloudiness in between panels, and the microwave would run constantly when the door was closed. Thankfully our dealer is replacing it for us through the 1-year warranty (we just have to wait 1-4 months due to Covid delays). While it worked, it did it's job but was definitely nothing to rave about. The buttons are hard to navigate and see. The door is loud when closing. And most annoying is it's super prone to fingerprints. This microwave also claims to connect to Wi-Fi, but I never got it to work through the GE app (I also can't imagine I'd ever need to operate a microwave from my phone). We have a temporary microwave that we'll probably keep as our primary, even when the warranty replacement finally arrives, because we like the temporary one better than this one.

I like being able to choose exact time, not in 5 or 10 sec increments. Defrost gives choice of weight or by time. With Alexa you can use voice control. With an app you can scan pkg. food for correct cooking time. It looks great on the counter too!
